  • Guaranteed annual training budget. 5% of your billable revenue will be reinvested into your ongoing development.   • If the company does well financially so do you. Quarterly & Annual profit sharing bonuses will be distributed to everyone one quarter in arrears.

  • Everyone can work remotely from their home offices. You are paid for your performance and won't be micro managed. Perform your work around your active personal lives all while ensuring our clients expectations are met. It is very important to us you work hard and play harder.

  • Highly competitive compensation with incentives to grow your income.

  • We want Salesforce® certified consultants! You want a higher hourly take home pay. As an incentive to increase the number of certifications we will pay you more for every certification you acquire. The greater knowledge you have, you should be paid more. This is a self promotion tool based on the skills and financial goals you wish to achieve.

  • Everyone in Velocity are asked to specialize in three areas of your interest. Projects are successful by having the right skill set performing the right tasks. If you have a desirable skill set for future projects there will be no shortage of work for you.

  • Everyone must have at least one certification (Certified Administrator) within 6 months of joining Velocity. We will help you get there with our training plan.

  • We will pay your annual Salesforce® maintenance exam fees that are required to maintain your Salesforce® certification(s).

  • BYOD - We will compensate you for your personal cell phone usage at $20/mth. A minimum amount of monthly billable hours is required to expense this fee.

  • ½% of your monthly billable income are allocated to business expenses for client relations (Lunches, drinks, doughnuts/muffins for meetings etc.). This is a self regulating budget for you.

  • Vacations - It is extremely important you take the time to recharge your batteries. Time off reduces burnout, increases creativity, helps thinking logically and builds stronger ties with your friends & family. Velocity sets no limits on your time off. You know how much you need.
