What is Salesforce Customer Community?
Salesforce Lightning Experience (LEX) is a radically different CRM platform that provides an advanced user interface, a framework for creating personalized experiences, and the ability to build powerful business applications. With Salesforce focusing development and support resources on the company’s Lightning platform, it is imperative that enterprises still running Salesforce Classic make the move to Lightning.
Salesforce has started to force migrate their clients to LEX if they deemed your organization can be easily ported without any significant technical issues. By the end of next year Salesforce has ambitious plans to push customers into Lightning even if you are not fully prepared.

Once we’ve confirmed all the details from the discovery session, our consultants will proceed to configure the Community Cloud Portal.

WHAT’S HAPPENS POST INSTALLATION?
After installation is complete we proceed into our warranty phase. Through our OnDemand division, should you want to change or continue enhancing your Salesforce Community, we’ll be there on an as needed/as required basis. We can handle administration, customization and configuration requests for your Community so you can focus on growing your business.
